Job Description:

Revenue and Relationship Manager:
• Foster and grow the overall relationship with various client partners
• Be proactive with client partners to identify, initiate and strategically grow revenue opportunities
• Identify organic and strategic revenue opportunities through market research, gap analysis and various other means of data sources
• Oversee strategic multi-media (outbound, direct mail, email, etc.) revenue campaigns and initiatives to achieve revenue objectives
• Work with the various team leads and inbound and outbound sales associates to achieve their revenue goals
• Participate in the coordination of annual strategic planning sessions with clients
• Identify and qualify potential strategic partners and business opportunities
• Be the lead management point person for the client on service delivery issues/escalations and take accountability to remedy any service failures
• Design and implement multiple revenue campaigns by developing presentations, sourcing leads, assigning accounts/opportunities, monitoring and evaluating sales activities, tracking and reporting on results, and recommending changes, where needed
• Prepare business trend reports and analysis on client portfolios of business including quarterly-annual performance reports
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Center Director in analyzing and setting monthly objectives, along with commissions and bonus plans
• Assist Project Management in the implementation of new launches, projects and processes:
• Provide detailed reporting on activities, results, funnel, competition, new business development and customer service
