Stratus Building Solutions – a cutting edge leader in the facilities services franchise industry ( http://www.stratus-wny.com) is looking for a lead positions for our new Rochester office.

Operations
To qualify for this outstanding opportunity you must have a minimum of 2 years of industry specific experience in the commercial cleaning / facilities maintenance field. This position requires you to work with and train incoming Franchise owners on Stratus Building Solution’s proven industry success model. You will also work closely with Sales and Management to provide ongoing customer service and quality assurance.

A successful candidate must have or be: A strong trainer, results oriented, have a strong aptitude toward high standards of quality and work ethic, along with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Stratus is a pay for performance organization and our compensation is market leading for superior service. Pay is a base, plus performance based monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses. There is also an expense allowance for gas and communication tools. You must also have personal and reliable transportation.
