Every day we serve approximately 25,000 meals to the U.B. community- students, faculty, UB staff, our employees, and visitors. We operate dining centers and snack bars in resident halls for the students who live on campus, food courts and grab-and-go cafes near the classrooms, concession stands at concerts and athletic events, and we cater everything from morning department meetings to upscale receptions and sit down dinners. Campus Dining and Shops currently has an exciting career for an experienced Bakery Manager. Must be able to bake goods from scratch as well with mixes, and have knowledge of large bakery equipment. Will maintain production, inventory, and ordering records as required, as well as maintain product costs at the levels established or below. Candidate must exhibit great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times. Requirements: Five years plus of high volume bakery experience in which two will have been in a supervisory capacity. Creativity and attention to detail is a must!
