ANALYST / UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT & CLAIMS

Potential candidates must have strong organizational, time management, keyboarding and computer skills in Microsoft Office; a strong commitment to customer service excellence; and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Health insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.

Palladian is currently accepting resumes for the following:

• Analysts, Utilization Management & Claims Departments
- Timely and accurate keying/analysis of authorization requests and claims for medical services rendered to plan members.

• Healthcare Provider Network Representative
- Promoting and expanding all specialty provider networks, requires intense follow-up campaign via outbound calling, email, mail & fax
- Maintaining provider files, as required by regulatory standards for credentialing.

• Call Center/Customer Service Representative
- Fast paced inbound/outbound call handling
- Responding to telephone inquiries from health plan participants and medical service providers.

Positions are full-time (Monday-Friday). Shift times may vary per department.
