Edukids Inc., the premium provider of child care services in Western New York, has a unique Corporate position open.
We are seeking a Public Relations/Communications Manager for our organization. This position is part-time (32 hours per week approximately).
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to; Oversight of all internal and external communications; advertising, updating Edukids website to ensure website overall presentation is professional at all times and user friendly, coordination of special marketing events, corporate oversight of sponsorships. Some social networking coordination, monitor enrollment at each center and prepare and initiate marketing plan as needed.
Parental interaction to resolve issues as necessary, prepares press releases, coordination, communication with media representatives, signage, etc. for all centers.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing/Public Relations or an equivalent area plus minimum five years of practical experience in the field of marketing, sales, Web Marketing and public relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, IT and be self-motivated and self-directed. Reacts appropriately in stressful situations.
