Job Description:

Service Department Cashier / Appointment Coordinator

Busy Auto Dealership seeks Cashier / Appointment Coordinator for the Service Department. This is a 3-day per week position that rotates between Mon, Tues, Wed. or Thurs, Fri, Saturday and the hours are 7:30am to 9:00pm.

Responsibilities include cashiering for the Service and Sales departments, answering in-coming calls, setting service appointments, greeting customers and directing them to the correct Service Advisor. Additional duties to include making out-going phone calls to confirm appointments and reschedule “no-shows”, advise customers that special order parts have arrived, and follow up calls for customer satisfaction. Job will also include miscellaneous clerical duties.

The successful candidate will need to read and write at a high school graduate level, have a pleasant personality with good phone and communication skills, and be computer literate with good keyboarding skills. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and prior sales experience would also be very helpful.

This is a full time position with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, and 401k retirement plan.
