Job Description:

Millington Lockwood Business Interiors, a leading distributor of Office Furniture in the Buffalo Area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for processing customer orders and assisting with general office duties. Duties include preparation of purchase orders, reviewing of order acknowledgements, expediting orders and creating customer invoices.

General Responsibilities
• Establish a professional and helpful relationship with customers & vendors to provide a high level of satisfaction to our customers.
• General Office duties include answering phone calls, opening and distributing mail, & other administrative and accounting tasks.

Qualifications
• Experience in a customer service related position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with a wide range of people.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows environment
• Strong organizational skills to handle a high volume of detailed transactions accurately.
