Job Description:

Homespace Corporation is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to work Monday thru Friday at their Delaware Ave. location. Ideal candidate will be highly organized and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Directors and Administrative Team, while assisting with managing daily agency/office needs. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to organize their work, and be proficient in MS Office Suite and other office equipment.
Minimum qualifications are a High School Diploma/HSE and two (2) years of Administrative or Office Support experience. Must possess a NYS Driver’s License, have the use of a personal vehicle, and comply with all regulatory expectations and clearances. No Phone Calls!
