Job Description
Account Managers are responsible for locating and contacting consumers via the telephone and negotiating remedies on their accounts. They are responsible for knowing and following both Local and Federal Laws that govern how and when they are permitted to communicate with Consumers. Successful Account Managers should be self motivated and possess the following skills:
• Communication
• Listening
• Problem solving
• Organization
• Basic Computer / Internet
Account Managers can earn up to $18/hour by the end of their first year of employment and may be eligible for promotions into Specialized Departments or Management.
