US Off-Track is hiring for our Call Center in Amherst, NY

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES

Pay starts at $12.00 per hour with overtime paid at $18.00 per hour.

US Off-Track provides customer service support for the thoroughbred racing industry. We are seeking people who are enthusiastic, reliable with an attention to detail to take wagers for our various thoroughbred wagering clients.

You must have strong communication and listening skills, be friendly, enthusiastic and have previous customer service or call center experience. We will train the right applicant without call center experience.

Required skills include - Solid communication / telephone use, Solid listening, Keyboard or Personal computer, Data entry, Flexibility and dependability and be Customer focused.

Additional Requirements must be able to qualify to be licensed by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
