Job Description:

Full-time Position.
Who we are: Wyse Properties is an Amherst based Apartment maintenance and development company.

Under the direction of the Property Manager and the President of Wyse Properties, the assistant Property Manager is to assist in effectively managing the assigned complexes. In the property manager’s absence, the assistant property manager is to assume full responsibility of effectively managing the assigned complexes and complete all designated tasks.

• Recommended 2 years of experience in residential property management.
• Available to work Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management preferred.
• Must have a basic computer knowledge and accounting skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft office including Excel, Microsoft, etc.
• Mode of transportation and valid driver’s license
• Exhibits solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes or complaints
• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention
