Social Worker: work at our busy outpatient clinics located in Williamsville. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM. Duties include but are not limited to, clinical and case management, address service needs and community resources for patients/ family members, facilitate and coordinate patient support groups. The role requires exceptional communication and multitasking abilities, along with comfort in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must possess a Masters in Social Work and 2 years as a Licensed Social Worker. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!! Paid Parking! Pay Rate: 60,000 – 65,000.
