Dock Warranty Technician in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $20-$23 an hour

Dock Warranty Technician
• Physical position, heavy lifting, squatting, pushing involved.
• Conducts Site Checks as required, adhering to processes and procedures
• Performs customer service duties: resolve warranty issues, delivers sheds to customers homes
• Participates in identifying qualified subcontractors for the Cross Dock location; maintain relationships with the subcontractors
• Receives and unloads kits from the factory store
• Inspects and maintains home depot shed displays, customer repairs
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Cross Dock, ensures tools and equipment are secured, inventoried, maintained and inventoried
• Oversees Cross Dock fleet and DOT policies are adhered to. Must get DOT certified within 90 days.

$20-$23 an hour, Full Time.
