Salary Range: $25-$40/hour based on experience

Sahlem's Roofing and Siding are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing & Sheet Metal Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial roofing and sheet metal projects.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals, including material quantities, labor costs, and project timelines.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to gather necessary data for accurate estimating.

$25-$40 hourly based on experience.
