Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 / year

PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide Quality leadership, instilling a culture of continuous improvement where customer satisfaction is paramount.
2. Overall responsibility for the QMS ensuring ongoing compliance to accreditations.
3. Ensure that Quality systems and processes deliver products and services that satisfy all internal and external customer requirements.
4. Lead Six Sigma change management initiative to achieve benchmark levels of variation all our business processes.
5. Support new product introduction, change control and validation requirements.
6. Ensure that SHEQ systems and processes deliver world class levels of performance in providing a safe workplace and safe working practices.
7. Lead through effective communication to facilitate an engaged, participative workforce who operate as empowered high performing teams.
8. Promote a culture of change, to facilitate both breakthrough and incremental improvement in results and individuals.
9. Stay in close contact with corporate peers, especially on integrated projects, organization, procedures, corporate directives, and initiatives, etc.
10. Supporting Standardization, by making sure standards are applied where possible and developed in projects when necessary.

• Department resources/capacity planning
• Quality dept. budget
• Review progress in projects, in agreed process improvements, in agreed strategic steps, etc.
12. Practice/ Design/…
• Process & procedure improvements
• Define & maintain Best Practices
• Build/Maintain relations with external resources suppliers (in-/outsourcing)
• Participate in phase-end reviews in projects
• See to it that procedures are followed
• Review performance of employees
13. Control/Management/….
• Supplier Audits
• Internal Audits and Auditor Training
• Resolving conflicts by adding capacity, setting priority, etc.
• People management
• Quality control (people, processes), Incoming Inspection Process
• Product Quality
• NCR (Non-Conformance) System and VCR (Verification Conformance Request) System
• Cost of Poor Quality – Metrics and Corrective/Preventative Actions for continuous improvement
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/science field
2. Minimum 5 years relevant management / quality / technical / operations related experience
3. Proven leadership
4. Proven communication skills
5. ISO9000 Lead Assessor
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. PC skills (Microsoft programs Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
9. Good working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process controls and quality tools
10. Working knowledge/Practice of Lean/Six Sigma
11. Knowledge of GAMP
12. Knowledge of CGMP
13. Technical / capital equipment background
14. Analytical troubleshooting
15. Team player
