Long Term Substitute - Family and Consumer Science Teacher Position Overview:

Start Date: May 19, 2025 (6 weeks)
Building: Middle School

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with NYS State standards and District curriculum, considering the diverse backgrounds and experiences
of our students;
-Create a welcoming classroom environment where every student feels respected and supported;
-Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and backgrounds;
-Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and well-being; and
-Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess NYSED certification in Family and Consumer Science

Salary:
$160 per day
