Accounts Payable Specialist in Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $47,840 - $54,000 /year

IMA Life is looking for energetic people with good work ethic to fill the Accounts Payable Specialist position.
Pay Range: $47,840 - $54,000

• Review and process invoices, expense reports, and purchasing card transactions; reflecting all costs accurately in the general ledger.
• Collaborate with purchasing department to solve inventory, receipt, and purchase questions timely payment.
• Responsible for accurate annual printing and distribution of vendor 1099s.
• Assist with monthly journal entry requirements.
• Support the processing and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements/reports.
• Reconcile the third parties’ advance payments related to materials purchased.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
• Accounting / Finance Associates degree preferred with 8 years equivalent accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
