Salary Range: Up to $20 per hr.

Location: Buffalo, NY (Office-Based)
Schedule: Part-Time – 20 hours per week
Term: One-Year

Role Summary:
The Operations & Data / Administrative Assistant oversees daily administrative operations, data tracking, reporting, organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, scheduling, and records
- Maintain databases, reports, and organizational documentation
- Prepare Board meeting materials and maintain records
- Support basic administrative financial tracking
- Support programs and events

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Data Management, or related field preferred.
- 3 years in administrative, operations, or data management roles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
- Experience in nonprofit administration preferred
