AP/AR Accountant in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $22-$24/hr.

Stephen Hospitality, LLC, a leader in the hospitality industry with two hotels, a restaurant, and a banquet company, is seeking a part-time AP/AR Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile cash accounts
• Process monthly invoices
• Issue weekly operating checks
• Maintain up-to-date receivable accounts
• Post daily transactions to the General Ledger
• Prepare bi-weekly bank deposits

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of accounting functions throughout the day. Schedule flexibility is available and open to negotiation.
