Associate Attorney in Buffalo , NY

Salary Range: $75,000-$125,000 per year

Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, PLLC, a busy plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in Allentown, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team and represent the interests of those injured by the negligence of others. Duties will encompass all phases of plaintiff’s personal injury litigated cases, including depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, settlement negotiations and client relations. The Associate Attorney will also assist the Partners with selected cases. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to be a team player. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in personal
injury litigation is required. Salary: $75,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience and ability, with bonus potential.
