Salary Range: $20-$35 an hour
Amton Auto and Truck is a well-established and reputable automotive repair shop dedicated to providing top-notch service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver's license and possess an NYS Inspector's License. Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues
Conducting routine inspections and maintenance services
Repairing and replacing parts, components, and systems
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
Communicate effectively, providing clear explanations of necessary repairs and options.
Collaborate with the team to meet service goals and exceed customer expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously improve your skills.
Qualifications:
Ability to work on most makes/models including light duty diesel. Diesel experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
Valid driver's license.
NYS Inspector's License (New York State Vehicle Safety/Emissions Inspector License).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
