Position Summary
Mix and bake ingredients to produce variety of baked goods. Must be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. You should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation required.
- Knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking of a variety of products, using institutional bakery equipment.
- Must follow specific instructions regarding company policies and recipes.
- Must have experience working with dough and bread products.
- Knowledge of raw dough, mixes, and frozen products.
- Experience in following standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining bakery work stations, and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques.
