We are looking for self-directed leaders with a growth mindset and hunger to take ownership of the daily operations and create a strong vision for Marty’s Seal Coating.

First, the leaders will learn all aspects of Marty’s Seal Coating so they can understand each facet of the business and begin to think strategically for the daily job assignments.

The leaders must have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships with coworkers, grit, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to see the business succeed.
