Position Title: Class B Service Technician

Job Description: As a Class B Service Technician at Ken’s Service and Sales, you will play a key role in assisting with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BRP vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians. Responsibilities:

- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing BRP power sports vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Learn to use diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow service bulletins and manufacturer guidelines to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide updates on work progress and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Participate in on-line and travel to hands-on training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of BRP products.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and pre-delivery inspections as needed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians and BRP instructors.
- Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
