Salary Range: $21-$23/hr.

Fallon Health offers a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to serve the health needs of dual-eligible residents of the greater Buffalo area including Erie and Niagara counties.

FHW-PACE Clinic Coordinator

The FHW Clinic Coordinator is responsible for all daily front office functions, including managing all incoming calls (transferring them to the appropriate department or taking messages), incoming mail, faxes, assisting with outgoing mail and faxes, serving as primary contact for all transportation concerns, maintenance of records of transportation for program participants and maintaining a good relationship with transportation vendor and supporting all departments in daily copying needs.

Education
High school graduate or equivalent

License/Certifications
CPR certification or obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
Reliable transportation.

Experience
Preferred: 2 years in customer service, secretarial, or receptionist position
Required: Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Pay range: $21-$23/hr.
