Driver/Maintenance in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $19-$21/hr.

Tennyson Court, LLC has an opening in the following position:
Driver/Maintenance : full time position assisting our residents by driving them to medical appointments. We have a 15-seated, 3 wheelchair bus. CDL is not required but preferred. Training on bus operation will be provided. Candidates must enjoy working with the elderly and have clean driving record. Also, responsible for maintenance of the bus, maintenance experience preferred and the responsibilities would include:
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks to assist the maintenance department in keeping our facility clean and safe.
• Take and follow procedures for new maintenance requests.
• Respond to emergencies within the building and contact outside vendors as needed to make repairs.
• Complete room flips, including painting, rug cleaning, and other necessary tasks to make rooms up to current standards.
• Provide assistance to maintenance director in keeping inventory of stock and disbursing stock as needed.
• Provide customer service to residents, guests and co-workers while completing assigned tasks and working throughout the building.
$19-$21/hr.
