Executive Director in Buffalo , NY

Salary Range: $70k-$80K

Baptist Manor has immediate opening for an Executive Director. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with tenants, staff, relatives and community to resolve issues and enforce the rules regulations; have oversight of the Personnel Policy and responsible for all aspects of human resources. Work with Director of Maintenance on all aspects of building maintenance. Is responsible for the financial management and daily operations of Baptist Manor including all bookkeeping functions for various accounts; is responsible is create and submit monthly reports; shall insure compliance with all governmental requirements and maintain records with monitoring agencies’ regulations; shall interview and qualify prospective residents, execute and hold rental leases; oversee annual tenant recertification and/or affidavit of income process as required by monitoring agencies.

Salary is $70,000-$80,000/year based on experience.
