Salary Range: $15.50 per hour

Guest Experience Associate

• Responsible for assisting in daily operations of admissions, rides and attractions
• Processes guest transactions utilizing appropriate cash handling procedures
• Maintains safe operating procedures for rides and attractions by adhering to capacity guidelines,
monitoring guests’ safety during operation, following proper enter/exit procedures
• Assists in setup, cleanup, and execution of special guest events
• Projects superior guest service when interacting with visitors; handles inquiries in a positive manner
• Uses required safety equipment and observes safe work procedures
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Education/Experience: some high school - must be legal working age; cash handling and customer service experience
