Inside Sales Account Manager in Depew, NY

Salary Range: $22-$26 per hour (dependent on experience)

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to manage the relationship between the Company and our Customer base to keep their business and facilitate and manage the internal actions required to support the Outside Sales Group to grow our business.

At Sefar, you will have the tools and support needed to excel and grow your career. At a minimum, you will need:
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, with focus on consultative selling and cold calling to generate new business.
• Technical sales experience or engineering background is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a personable and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with CRM software solutions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Decision-making, problem solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
