Salary Range: $23-26 /hour.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote and sell our ball valve products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential leads, making cold
calls, and networking within the industry.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with our technical support and engineering teams to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Manage customer interactions, update sales activities, and track progress towards sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the industrial valve industry or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of ball valves or similar fluid control products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in a ERP and MS Office Suite.

Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Any relevant certifications or training in sales techniques or valve technology is advantageous.
