Landscaper/ Residential Trash Removal in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $18-21 / hour

DASA Properties is a property management company. We are looking for full-time individuals that can remove trash from the interior/exterior, landscaping, and snow removal, of units.
Looking for someone able to use own vehicle to transport lawnmower during summer months.
• Remove items from units for clean out
• Able to work on their own with limited supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have own vehicle/license
• Use push mower/weed wacker
• Snow shoveling
• Painting basement walls
• Exterior foundation work (filing holes, loose mortar)

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
• Prior landscaping experience
• Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team
• Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
(40 hours/week)
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
