Borderworx Logistics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with starting pay of $18/hour.

We’re an emerging third-party logistics provider specializing in Canada–U.S. trade. Our services include warehousing, distribution, consolidations, customs brokerage, and trade consulting. At Borderworx, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service while helping companies streamline their supply chains.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers—managing live tracking, resolving issues, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll also identify opportunities to promote additional services.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or logistics preferred
• Ability to analyze and resolve customer needs
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
