Salary Range: $20-$23/hr.

Maintenance Technician: Buffalo/Northtowns area sites. Qualified candidates will have experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, boilers, & HVAC. Must have HS diploma/GED equivalent & 4 yrs experience in apartment maintenance. Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. $20-23/hour,
