Maintenance Technician – Facilities in Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $20-$25/hr.

Gerspach Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its staff. It manages the property that PoolSupplies.com occupies at 574 Main Street in Tonawanda, NY. PoolSupplies.com is a large ecommerce and catalog retailer of swimming pool products and supplies.

Duties: The Maintenance Technician will join a small group of technicians to perform maintenance and repair in our buildings. Performs routine daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building interior/exterior as instructed by the Facilities Supervisor. Performs installation, repair and construction work in the building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, welding and HVAC. May be required to drive company vehicle to pick-up supplies. 2 years of maintenance experience required. Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include extended shifts and weekend assignments. A valid New York State Driver’s License is required.
