Maintenance Technician 1:

Pay Rate Range (depending upon experience):
• $17-$22/hour +10% shift differential (Second Shift)

Maintenance Technician I Benefits:
• Time worked after 8 hours is paid at 1.5 times regular rate.

About the Maintenance Technician I Position:
• Assist maintenance department to assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Help inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Assist in repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.
• Help diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance procedures as directed.

• Ability to work a 5-day work week.

What You Have to Offer:
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three (1-3) years’ experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
