Facilities-
Maintenance Technician: Fox Run at Orchard Park is currently searching for a full-time and part-time maintenance technician for the second or third shift. This position is responsible for repairs to mechanical systems, performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Will maintain grounds (performing seasonal duties), respond to resident and campus emergencies and, most importantly, ensure that all Fox Run Community Members feel safe in their homes. The Fox Run Maintenance Team members are well-loved throughout our organization because of their hard work, positive attitudes and, above all, meticulous attention to detail. Ideal candidates should possess excellent work ethic. The Fox Run Community Members are our number one priority and our campus reflects that. Hourly range: $17.00-$20.00 (depends on experience)

We are a drug free, smoke free and tobacco free campus. Must be flexible and able to rotate some weekends and some holidays for some positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for all positions.
