Medical Receptionist in Amherst, NY

Salary Range: $19-21/hour

We are looking for a full-time, experienced healthcare professional who prides themselves on professionalism, reliability, and quality patient care!
A friendly demeanor, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is non-negotiable.

Salary range: $19-$21 per hour

Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:15AM- 4:45PM

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a front-facing, high-volume, customer service role. Preferably, in a medical setting.
• MEDENT EMR experience preferred
• Medical Terminology preferred
• Medical billing and medical records experience are a plus!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Front desk check-in, and out (including copayment & balance collection)
• Insurance verification
• scheduling routine visits for 7 providers
• answering high volume calls while remaining polite and professional
• Opening and closing of the office
