We are seeking an organized, proactive, clean and organized, and highly communicative Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and support our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Process vendor invoices and manage payments promptly and accurately.
- Handle deposits, ensuring all incoming payments are recorded and deposited correctly.
- Manage payroll, including calling in payroll, tracking hours, and coordinating with employees and payroll providers.
- Work with the CPA to prepare and file taxes, providing necessary documentation and records.
- Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage cash flows, tracking and forecasting incoming and outgoing funds to maintain financial health.
- Track outstanding payments from accounts receivable, following up with customers as needed.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and scheduling.
- Assist with bookkeeping, budget tracking, and financial reporting using QuickBooks.
- Organize meetings, team events, and office logistics.
- Foster a positive office environment and ensure smooth internal communication.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Experience with payroll, tax documentation, cash flow management, accounts receivable tracking, and sending out monthly statements.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, employees, and customers.
- Clean and organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
