Patient Services Representative in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $17.00 to 20.00 an hour

Gastroenterology Associates, LLP is a premier specialty medical group in WNY. We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals with a commitment to quality patient care and a customer service mindset to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer busy phones in multi-provider office.
- Collect information, schedule appointments for office visits/procedures. Make reminder calls.

The position is full-time and requires attention to detail, experience with EMR, Medent preferred, excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and problem solve.

Williamsville location. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30.
Pay range is $17.00 to 20.00 an hour, generous benefits.
