Senior Solutions of WNY is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. You will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities in the Williamsville/ greater Buffalo area. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.

Personal Care Aides Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Skills:
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
