Physical Therapy Receptionist/Billing - PT in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Small Cheektowaga physical therapy practice is looking for a bright, energetic receptionist/billing specialist who has customer service experience for a part-time position.

Responsibilities include front desk support, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, handling insurance questions, billing, medical records and other admin/operation tasks as needed.

Requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Medical billing experience preferred
- Experience with Therabill and WebPT preferred
- Proven attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and dependable
- Professional appearance
- Administrative office experience
- Experience with insurance verification/authorization
