Salary Range: $55,000-$66,000 based on experience

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects from inception through completion. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and our internal sales and installation teams to ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in the furniture, construction, or interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate all phases of projects with internal teams and external partners.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, and installation teams to ensure timely product delivery and quality installation.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges or potential delays, ensuring smooth project progression and client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, project completion documentation, and punch lists.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the furniture, construction, or design industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
