Project Manager in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Litelab aims to be the BEST provider of architectural lighting solutions and products. We are an internationally renowned lighting manufacturer, specializing in customer museum-quality LED and replacement LED luminaries.

PROJECT MANAGER – Serves as a single point of contact for all Design, Requests for Quotes, Sales Order Coordination, and post-order follow-up and service requirements as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with Lighting Designers and Architects, Contractors, Sales Agents and Distributors as well as internal Design Engineering, Production/Materials, Quality and Manufacturing departments.

Essential Duties:
• Develop relationships with Litelab Personnel, Independent Rep firms and Litelab customers
• Service clients by preparing quotes, communicating with clients and helping to solve client design issues.
• Works closely with customers, engineering and factory to manage expectations and coordinate labor to meet client needs
• Help order entry by defining product/project requirements that will be distributed to other Litelab departments.
• Ensure clients understand how to utilize our product and what the product does so you can customize it to the customers’ needs
• Learn the corporate ERP system while understanding technical product knowledge and data entry and filing process
• Manage progress of an order prior and after the shipment to ensure a successful project

Requirements & Education:
4-year degree or combination of education and experience in a Project Management role. Experience in the electrical or constructions industry. Minimum 5 years of high-end project management experience and Certificate in Project Management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and accurately, work independently making sure to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with time management and organization skills
• Works well and able to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Take initiative and follow through on projects by responding to key internal and external stakeholders regarding project critical information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good working knowledge of CAD and Solid Works is helpful

Salary: $55,000-$75,000. Litelab provides a competitive benefits package.
