Purchasing Admin in Depew, NY

Salary Range: $16.00-$21.65/hr.

Purchasing Admin
Will support the purchasing group by managing data and reports, supporting late orders and expediting orders as needed, and assisting with paperwork and documentation. Will be responsible for accurate and timely assistance in administration of the purchasing process, while in compliance with all policies and procedures. Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation with vendor invoices and Purchase Orders. Support buyers in PO management by following up on past due orders, expediting delivery of orders, creating new releases on existing orders, adjusting delivery schedules, following up on due dates and making special arrangements for delivery as needed. Hourly Range: $16.00-$21.65
