Quality Technician in North Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $20/hr

Quality Technician Job Description/Duties:
-Inspect, test, and measure parts to ensure they are in conformance with specifications
-Pull any defective parts and review the NCR (non-conforming report) with the machinist to adjust the machining
-Interpret drawings, blueprints, and/or sketches to determine required specifications
-Track part acceptance and NCRs
-Clean, maintain, and/or calibrate all measuring and testing instruments as needed

Required Qualifications:
-5 years of quality experience working with machined metal parts
-Experience using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision measuring devices
-Blueprint reading

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
Pay rate: $20/hr
