Salary Range: $38 USD to $41 USD

Harris Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and provide exceptional leadership to our care team.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct rounds, address concerns, and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide training, feedback, and resolve staff or resident concerns.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
• Current RN license in NYS.
• Supervisory experience in skilled nursing or healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
