The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight of daily operations related to the medical clinic.
Oversees implementation of discipline specific policies and procedures.
Supervises and directs Medical Assistants and Health Aides and Clinic Coordinators as related to Clinic operations.
Possesses nursing assessment skills, ability to work within an interdisciplinary team model and knowledge of the nursing care planning process. Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. IV skills recommended but not essential. Functions independently in the day-to-day management of the clinical needs of participants and the operations of the PACE center clinic utilizing Fallon Health and Fallon Health Weinberg (FHW) policies and procedures, leadership guidance and program goals in the decision-making process.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
License/Certifications:
- Licensed as an RN in New York Sate
- Certification: CPR or willingness to be certified.
- Access to reliable transportation to perform work throughout the PACE center’s service area (30-mile radius) when needed. Willingness to occasionally assist other PACE centers either in person or remotely, as appropriate, when there is an opening or a gap in coverage.
Experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience working with frail elders in a health care setting.
- Supervisory experience with medical assistants, clerical staff and health aides is preferred.
- Ambulatory clinic experience is recommended but not essential
