Shuttle Manager in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: $50K-$52K depending on experience.

SP Plus Corporation is looking for a Shuttle Manager .

SP+ provides professional parking management, ground transportation, facility maintenance, security, and event logistics services to property owners and managers in all markets of the real estate industry. The company has more than 20,000 employees and operates
approximately 3,500 facilities with 2 million parking spaces in hundreds of cities across North America, including parking-related and shuttle bus operations serving 70 airports.

Responsibilities: Assisting in the day-to-day management of an assigned location, ensuring that Drivers and Fleet are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations, excellent customer service and promoting a professional image and approach to business.
Ensure that proper parking, security, and customer service procedures are being followed by employees.
Working with our in-house camera system for coaching and assisting our driving force to keep safety at the forefront of our service.
The ability to work with our service vendor for repairs and maintenance on all vehicles.

Requirements:
• Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Must have prior supervisory or management experience
• Candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience
• Hours for this position: 6am-2:30pm
• Must have a clean driving record
• knowledge on Fleet repairs with some experience
• All hiring and disciplinary actions while following a CBA for the Teamsters.
• Run and document all safety meetings.

• $50K-$52K depending on experience.
