Salary Range: $103,000 - $114,500

A great opportunity to work with a company that is employee focused. Responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s overall supply chain. The Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse supply base.

Duties:
Lead and manage warehouse, assembly, pick and pack, production, procurement, and repair operations:
• Oversee daily inventory operations to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory records are up-to-date.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend adjustments to meet business needs while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize storage, reduce waste, and improve inventory accuracy through efficiency of operation.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams about timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring on time in full delivery to our customers.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to maintain seamless inventory flow.
• Oversee basic assembly and production tasks, emphasizing continuous improvement and the optimization of efficiency.
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics, such as inventory accuracy, turnover ratios, and stock availability.
• Assist in forecasting inventory demand and aligning procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Set performance goals for all areas of responsibility and track progress through regular evaluations.
• Lead and mentor staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Business Central, or similar software).
• Experience with ERP system is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated industry and dealing with international suppliers is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead in a team environment.

Other knowledge:
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, and Word at an intermediate level
• Knowledge of purchasing techniques and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of best practices of inventory control

Pay Range: $103,000 - $114,500
