Telehealth Program Coordinator in Olean, NY

Salary Range: $18-22/hr

Baby & Me Tobacco Free (BMTFP) is looking for a part-time Telehealth Program Coordinator to help pregnant women get the support they need to quit tobacco. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid position based in Olean, NY. Applicants must live in or near Olean to attend in-person meetings as needed, with flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Do:
Schedule and confirm telehealth appointments
Manage shipping logistics for program materials
Provide administrative support to keep the program running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience in care coordination or customer service is a plus

Position Details:
Part-time, temporary (potential for extension)
Remote (must be based in or near Olean, NY)
Competitive pay based on experience ($18-22/hr)
